Event Description:
The Heal Project presents its 7th Annual Spring Ahead on March 29th, 2017, at Mavericks Event Center, 107 Broadway, Half Moon Bay at 6:30 pm. This fabulous strolling supper created by the finest chefs on the San Mateo County Coast will feature ingredients donated by local farmers and purveyors. · Betsy Del Fierro, It’s Italia · Kim Mason, Pasta Moon · Joy Portelli and Denise Janny, Event Savvy · Federico Godinez, Half Moon Bay Brewing Company · Michael Riddel, The Conservatory, The Ritz Carlton · Aurelien Revil Signorat, Pastry Chef, The Ritz Carlton Each Chef will prepare a delicious course using a variety of local ingredients from Markegard Farms, Daylight Farms, SM County School Farm, Farm Fatales, Half Moon Bay Honey, and more. The evening will feature live music, and a silent auction. Half Moon Bay Distillery, Half Moon Bay Brewing Company, and Loos Family Vineyards will provide cocktails, beer and wine.
